To measure your or your son’s wrist, simple take a piece of string or other material and wrap it around the wrist where a bracelet would normal rest. Note where the string touches itself once wrapped around the wrist. Next measure the string. If you are between sizes, choose the next largest size when ordering.
If after receiving your Hope Band and it is too large, soak the band thoroughly and let it dry a couple of days. They will shrink a little. You can do this a couple of times.
Average sizing for men are 7-8 inches and women 6-7”
