Secondary to our main goal of raising awareness for Adrenoleukodystrophy is raising funds for the ALD Foundation and like organizations. The foundation relies on many types of philanthropic donations to fund continued ALD research. We have set a long term goal of raising and donating no less than $15,000 for continued ALD research.

Realizing that many people will feel compelled to help raise money toward our awareness program and research funding but are unable to participate in our other fund raising opportunities, we have setup a Paypal account to accept one-time donations.

Ways to contribute
DIVIDE FOR DOLLARS
Our route will have us cross the Continental Divide over 40 separate times. This provides a unique and fun way to raise capitol. We would like obtain corporate and individual pledges for a predetermined amount of money for each unique crossing. This does not include repeats... Examples: $5, $10 $20, $50, or $100 per crossing. If you or your company/organization would like to take part in one of these, please contact us for details.
MILES MEAN MONEY
Again, our route is expected to span over 5000 miles. A more simple approach to donate money to the ALD Foundation and our expedition is to pledge say .25 or .50 cents for every mile we complete while on our main route from Antelope Wells, NM north to and through Canada and back south to New Orleans, LA. If you or your company/organization would like to participate with this particular fund raiser, please contact us for details.
IN-KIND DONATIONS
The particular form of contributions is how many of our sponsors choose to help our Awareness Project move forward. Without these sponsors, this expedition would not be possible.

Please know that no donation is too small. We adhere to a strict donations policy. Any and all donations unless otherwise stated will be used in conjuction with our awareness campaign. Once these responsibilities have been met, 100% of the remaining funds will be donated to the ALD Foundation. We will provide a public record of our final donation amount by request.
